Online Adoption Application Form

Avery is a 4 month old female GSD. She is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. She is somewhat shy about meeting new people, but once she warms up to you, she'll want to cuddle on your lap. She is good with other dogs.

Because of her age, she has not been spayed.  If she is not spayed prior to adoption, there will be a $100 refundable deposit due at the time of adoption.  The fee is refundable upon proof of spay,

Her adoption fee is $400 plus tax and alteration deposit.
