Opal is the absolute sweetest lady. She is dog friendly and indifferent about the kitties in the foster home. All she's looking for is someone to give her the love she craves, a soft bed, and lots of treats! She really is an amazing girl. And did we mention how beautiful she is?!

Opal seemed very sore in her back end when we first met her, so our vet did x-rays when she was spayed. He noted that Opal has hip dysplasia and some sort of old trauma to the hip joint. She gets around, with a bit of a limp, but it doesn't stop her! She runs and wrestles with the young GSD in the house and has no issues jumping when she wants to. 

A home where she doesn't have to do a ton of stairs would be best. She should remain on an anti-inflammatory for life and be kept on a good joint supplement to help support her aging bones. This girl is worth it all!

Opal is housebroken, crate trained, up to date on vaccines, spayed & microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300 + tax
