Meeko is quick to become your shadow, he's curious about his environment and eager to please. Meeko is a very energetic puppy that loves to play fetch and tussle with his 2.5-year-old foster dog. He's still working on his manners and in typical puppy fashion, everything goes into his mouth…including hands!  He can be vocal when he gets excited, but quick to quiet down when asked. We are told that when the zoomies strike, Meeko has become very adept at Parcour!

Being a puppy, he is crated at night to avoid any accidents in the house and he's quite comfortable with it. His fosters are still working on his queues when he needs to go out during the day but he's progressing quickly with a normal routine.

He's very treat-motivated, loves to be petted and is no stranger to snuggling up to you when he sees the chance. Meeko would make a great addition to any family and suspect he'd get along great with any younger dogs - we would suggest that he'd need help establishing boundaries for older dogs that might not have the patience for a persistent puppy and may not appreciate his enthusiasm when he’s playing!!
